Ideal for those not interested in contracting me for birth services Including birth partners, other birth workers, non-birth people, those that would like to talk politics (just kidding). Typically last for about an hour, depending on information requesting and topics discussed.

Available to any and everyone who would benefit from a consultation with a birth keeper and doula. These are ideal for the partner who wants a separate consultation for themselves, the client who only has one or two questions, or fear-conquering sessions! These are typically 1 hour to an hour and a half long. 

Specifically tailored meal preparation for a week (5 days). Meals will include fruits, herbs, nuts, foods, etc. known to help with specific healing such as postpartum healing. A consultation will be had to discuss family size, allergens, likes, and dislikes and tailor a meal plan for you based on diets and information to help with the postpartum period or trying to conceive (TTC). Starting cost is $350. Total cost is $350 and includes services, price of groceries, and price of drop-off.
