The female fertility journey is a special one

Some women prefer the FAM method and boosting fertility naturally, some womxn prefer artificial insemination, some women prefer a combination of both. That is where I come in! Our journey will include

• On-call support from the time service begins until the relationship no longer benefits the both of us.
• Weekly or Bi-Weekly check-in's (at your discretion) to go over charts, information, and any updates on either end.
• Two official appointments a month to look over charts, fertility planning, information gathering, and prenatal preparation (or 12 appointments). Additional appointments can be added for an additional $30 each.
• Nutrition information and herbs to boost fertility and prepare your body for conception - if it applies to your family and situation, I can provide herbal tea blends specific to your body, fertility, and what you like. 
• Meal planning and holistic lifestyle changes to better prepare your body for conception and pregnancy.
• Yoga and meditation information to open your cervix, prepare your cervix for conception, and boost fertility. 
• Working with you and your partner to better learn about the process of ovulation and conception, fertility, and preparing for pregnancy.
• Attendance to IVF/IUI and other conception appointments to hold space, offer information, and offer support.

During our services together, our relationship will be specifically tailored to what you want and what is right for your body and your family. Communication is key for us to have a successful relationship together. There is no wrong way to do things and one-size-does-NOT fit all in any situation, this is no different.

But what are some natural alternatives to mainstream birth control that are effective and less harmful?

No, this is not the "pull out method" and no, this is not abstinence (entirely). 

The Fertility Awareness Method paired along with contraceptives such as condoms or abstinence during ovulation is proven to be 90% more effective than any other birth control, hormonal or otherwise! 

This method specifically works with your basal body temperature and cervical fluid consistency along with menstruation to determine the exact days that you will ovulate - meaning this method is ideal for trying to avoid or trying to specifically plan for a baby! A few things I recommend, first and foremost

1. Start tracking your basal body temperature with a basal thermometer daily. This does require you to have a decent sleep schedule - you must have slept a full, consistent 3 hours before tracking your temperature. Temp should be tracked as soon as you wake up, before eating, drinking, or talking and recorded immediately for the most accurate test results. 
2. Start checking your cervical fluid daily and often! There are some things that may change cervical mucus consistency, but getting an "average consistency" throughout the day is good!
3. Get off of those stinky apps that automatically determine your cycle for you! These are not effective because they assume that every female body is on a textbook 28-day cycle when that isn't the case for many. Kindara is an app that you can input basal body temperature, cervical fluid consistency, and menstruation to give you an accurate estimate of your cycle length and the times you will be most fertile.
